15:00 Arrived Burnham! Good sail up from Ramsgate. Met by various partners, relations and dogs at Rice and Cole's pontoon on a very welcome sunny afternoon.
Champagne, Land of Hope and Glory and Rule Brittania blaring from the boat.
All very emotional for everyone involved. God it's good to be home. Total mileage - 4650. Best day's run 149 miles in the English Channel.
Next trip for Vadrouille - Burnham to Bradwell and onto Ipswich - so its back to reality ..... for now.
